Noggin Bops are 4-inch tall toys made by
Z Wind Ups. These quirky toys basically dance the
Cabbage Patch. It's actually kinda cool when you realize how many little mechanism are required. They were available in 2011 and 2012 in several varieties. Here are the Christmas versions:
